  "Description": "Provides the 'C++' header-only library 'barry' for use in\nR packages. 'barry' is a 'C++' template library for counting\nsufficient statistics on binary arrays and building discrete\nexponential-family models. It provides tools for sparse arrays,\nuser-defined count statistics, support set constraints, power\nset generation, and includes modules for Discrete Exponential\nFamily Models (DEFMs) and network statistics. By placing these\nheaders in this package, we offer an efficient distribution\nsystem for CRAN as replication of this code in the sources of\nother packages is avoided. This package follows the same\napproach as the 'BH' package which provides 'Boost' headers for\nR packages.",

    "message": "Sync headers from barry: fix defm_motif_parser covariate parsing (#12)\n\nSyncs inst/include/barry/models/defm/formula.hpp with USCbiostats/barry#26.\nMotif variables were read from the whole formula, so a covariate named\ne.g. `Day1` silently added `y1` to the motif. Also fixes `{...}x Covar`\ndropping the covariate, current-time rows accepted on the LHS of a\ntransition, and unchecked rows with Markov order 1.\n\nBumps the version to 0.2.2.9000 so dependents (defm) can require it, and\nadds NEWS entries for this fix and the unreleased USCbiostats/barry#25.\n\nCo-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>",
